Suppose in a double battle, Slowking uses Skill Swap on a Muk that has the ability Sticky Hold, gaining that ability. Next, Slowking proceeds to use Trick. Will Trick work even though it gained the ability Sticky Hold by using Skill Swap?

I don't see why it would not work.  I don't have a Source, so I won't answer.

Trick will allow the user to give an item to another Pokemon despite having Sticky Hold.

Hope this helped!

It also prevents the Pokémon from being affected by other Pokémon's Trick or Switcheroo (even if it has no held item), but not its own.

It seems as though you can use Trick, at least, that’s what I interpreted when I read “but not its own”. So I think you can still use Trick yourself, just the opponent can’t use it. I’ll see if I can get a replay from Showdown.

Welp I did a replay too.
