Okay I'm thinking on teaching a few strong stat hindering moves but do they reset after a battle?
e.g uses leaf Strom Sp attack is lowered. Back to normal after battle?
They reset after battle or once they are put back into their pokeball. so if you were to just switch pokemon the stats would be back to normal.
yes that effect is in battle only and aplays to all other stat reducing moves
