Onix or Golem as health tank in Pokemon Quest

Golem has higher HP than onix, and they have even attack. They both have Harden to boost their defenses. Onix has an awesome move, rock throw, but you probably just want harden and share stones. I would go with Golem, because it has better health, so it fulfills the role better.
