At the beginning of the radio tower mission in Goldenrod, you receive a Team Rocket uniform from a grunt underground. In turn, NPC dialogues change and you can't travel outside of the city. Is there any way to bypass this?
Walk through walls cheat and nothing else. I think you must battle the guard at ground floor of radio tower , defeat him and then you can go out of the city. Hope it helps!
