Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 20 Def / 216 SpA / 20 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball /Giga drain
- Toxic
- Pollen Puff
- Synthesis/Healing wish
This is a support mon. Synthesis and toxic have good synergy with each other. Energy ball/Giga drain and Pollen puff are good moves it can use. I made just few days ago and it is tested already!

I don't think you can give more than 196 EVs per a stat for Petilil.

And you can try a support move such as Healing Wish or Aromatherapy (for status) in place of Protect which doesn't do good always.
