I took a noticed that during those confusions triggered by that move do more damage and and is more likely to hurt itself. Is it true or is it unlucky me
Swagger may appear to be, because the damage is based on your own attack stat. When your attack is raised, so is the power of Confusion. Flatter has no effect on the damage Confusion does.
