So I just learned about the DNS Mystery Gift exploit for Gen 4 and 5. If I wanted to transfer these Pokemon to Sword/Shield through Bank/Home, would the date of receiving the Pokemon matter?
For example:
Shiny Giratina (Gamestop Distribution)
OT: SUM2013
ID: 09303
(Start) 30 September 2013 (End) 20 October 2013
If I had the Mystery Card timestamped as today (March 9th 2021), would it be deemed "illegal"? Would I still be able to transfer it? Are these Pokemon, in general, now deemed illegal even with the "correct date" using this method?
