Well, stats as in Attack, Defence, HP, Sp.Atk, Sp.Def or Speed.
Attack has the highest average attack among pokemon base 75 and for fully evolved pokemon it is 90. HP is a very common as a high stat as most pokemon have decent hp and it is the highest possible stat overall as Blissey's caps out at just over 700. Almost all pokemon start with 10-14 hp upon hatching. The only pokemon with bad hp are those who it is there catch or flaw like shedinja and Shuckle.
