There is no chaining in Go. It's just as a wild encounter in the MSG: every encounter a die is cast - if it lands on the right side of the 450 possibilities (in Go for most species), the encounter is shiny (if eligible). Nothing influences these odds.

However, there are certain events that raise Shiny Odds for encountering Pokémon. This is the only way though.
