How do you take this item in Route 20, Unova?

I've been playing Black/White 2 for a while now and recently started a Fighting-only Nuzlocke on my White 2 save. While walking back to ze nearest town to heal my Pokemon, I jumped down a few ledges in Route 20 and saw this square.

Just- how in Original Dragon's name do you take that item?! A half of me thinks that it'd be impossible and its there purely to frustrate my item-forager soul and as a cosmetic but I also think that it IS possible to take it.

You can only get it in Autumn. The place fills up with leaves and you can walk to it.
