Is there a reverse of Psych Up?

Is there any move (or ability) that works like Psych Up but in the reverse direction?

I.e. Copying your stat changes to the target, rather than copying the target's stat changes to yourself.

I am aware of Heart Swap, but it does not fit the bill since it swaps the user/target stat changes rather than only copying the user's out.

No

There is not any move that copies your stats to the target. If your opponent has Transform or Imposter then they would obtain your stat changes, but there is no way for your Pokemon to copy its stat changes onto the opponent.
