What are all items available in Ultra Moon that are not available in Ultra Sun?

I would like to figure out what makes one game different than the other in terms of items. I would like to know exactly what items are NOT obtainable in Ultra Sun that are obtainable in Ultra Moon. And I want the answer to include the following:
1. Any items not obtainable in US by default (meaning any item obtained without help from another source, like a transfer).
2. Any items not obtainable in US through transfers.
3. Any items not obtainable in US through any other means possible.
Any hackable items should be left out. Please also include sources. Thanks!

Speaking as someone who has both games, I don't remember any version-exclusive Items.

However there might be a chance the Solgaleum/Lunalium Z are version-exclusive, but I have no Idea

Opinion that will make everyone hate me: US/UM are the 2nd & 3rd best games period.
