Or count on this, in that turn that you set up Para-Hax.
You could set up a Rock Polish, Plus this guy really doesn't have the special Bulk, or too much physical Bulk, To Repeatedly Set up T-wave on every opponent he kills, Yeah he'll be annoying to one Pokemon,
But when looking at it this way, With a 4X weakness, Trying to Set up T-wave more than once will get you Slaughtered.

But let another Bulkier Pokemon on your Team have T-wave Access, Actually Have alot of other pokemon have T-wave access, so he doesn't have to worry about being KO'd, And keep in mind, Rock Polish is not too bad of an idea to replace T-wave.
But besides that its a pretty legitament Strategy.
