For example, if a ceruledge knocked out an annihilape and a dragapult, the power of last respects should be 150 right? but if the houndstone gets knocked out and revived by a pawmot will the power increase to 200?

I don't think so. The thing's damage depends on how many allies are dead and not if the user has died and resurrected

Not only does it not reset, It makes it even stronger. Last Respects counts the number of Pokemon that have fainted from your team this battle to increase its power, normally this would Cap at 250, but if you bring revive effects into the conversation you can boost that number up to 5050 after reviving and fainting 100 Pokemon.
