Does Worry Seed work in Tera Raids?

Does the move Worry Seed work against Tera Raid bosses? (assuming their shield is not up)

This is probably the first one I know before you asked it.

I run Worry Seed on my Gogoat to get rid of pesky abilities like Defiant and Unaware, it will trigger an action and show the previous ability before changing it to Insomnia. Helpful for scouting useful abilities if your looking to catch the mon your fighting.
