Does Power Split work in Tera raids?

Does the move Power Split work when used on a Tera Raid boss? (assuming their shield is not up)

Tested with an Indeedee-M against a Rotom.

The move did not do anything and I was greeted by the "But it Failed." Screen. No other action had taken place that fight and their was no discernible reason for it to fail other then Gamefreak not wanting it to work in Tera Raids.

So No. Power Split does not work in Tera Raids.
