I know that the ability vital Spirit prevents your Pokemon from sleeping, so if I were to use Rest with a Pokemon that has this ability, what would happen? Would the move fail, would my Pokemon instantly be healed, or does it sleep like normal since you're using it and not your opponent? (similar to how white smoke doesn't prevent stat loss from your own moves.)
