You can get a Mewtwo in RBY, FRLG, HGSS (Cerulean Cave), XY (Unknown Dungeon), USUM (Ultra Space Wilds), LGPE (Cerulean Cave), SwSh expansion pass (Max Lair), and BDSP (Ramanas Park).
