So for those who don't know, if you Terastallize, moves of your Tera Type which are not priority or multi-hit, and which are under 60 BP, become 60 BP. This goes, for instance, for Trailblaze and Flame Charge, which is why Koraidon's Flame Charge under sun hits so hard with Tera Fire (it's effectively 90 BP STAB).

However, priority is not affected. Grassy Glide isn't necessarily priority though, which opens up for questions: does the move's BP increase, does not increase, or does it only increase outside of Grassy Terrain?

Oh my god, I genuinely did not notice this. I thought all my damage calcs with Tera Fire Koraidon Flame Charge were glitched when they said 60 BP.
Lmao same at first, then I did some googling and found out lol

Stealing some Smogon user’s answer to same question on Smogon.

The check to boost a move's power to 60 when a low power move's type matches Tera type is the very last thing that happens when calculating the move's base power. It also accounts for all power modifiers when doing this check.
Since Grassy Terrain affects the move's power, Grassy Glide will be more than 60 BP, and won't have its power increased to 60 before applying terrain. So it's just 55 * 1.3 power.
