Do Raised Pokémon get priority from Grassy Glide on Grassy Terrain?

It a Rowlet uses Grassy Glide, will it get priority on Grassy Terrain?

No, the rowlet is raised(by being a flying type) and therefore doesn’t get affected by Terrain, therefore losing the ability to get a Glide boost and priority.
