What is a good moveset for Munkidori?

Standard Choice Scarf set.

Ability: Toxic Chain
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Parting Shot / Focus Blast / U-Turn
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Psychic

Timid Nature ensures that you have the highest speed that Munkidori can reach. I'd recommend Modest, because Choice Scarf already boosts your speed to great levels. Shadow Ball is coverage, and Parting Shot / U-Turn isn't that good but can be used if you just switched and your opponent switches into a counter. Focus Blast is much better, as it provides great coverage against Dark types and Steel types that wall Munkidori. Sludge Wave and Psychic are strong STABs.

Life Orb increases the power of your attacks. Nasty Plot raises your Special Attack to destructive levels. Sludge Wave and Psychic are STABs. Gen 9 NU Offensive Pivot

Munkidori has been getting more usage in NU since people actually realized you don't have to use Scarf on Munkidori. This set serves as an offensive pivot set. Sludge Bomb is used for the Poison STAB due to its 30% poison chance. You can use Sludge Wave can be used instead for a slightly powerful Poison STAB. Psychic is used for Munkidori's Psychic STAB since it is the strongest consistent Psychic STAB Munkidori has. You could use Psyshock, but there aren't really many things Psyshock lets you hit in the tier. Focus Blast lets Munkidori hits Steel-types such as Magnezone, Copperajah, and Registeel super effectively. Focus Blast also hits Rhyperior super effectively. Tera Blast Ground can be used to hit the mentioned Focus Blast targets in addition to Alolan Muk and Klefki super effectively. U-turn lets Munkidori pivot out and escape from Pokemon it cannot beat, with Toxic Chain potentially making U-turn a pain for opposing Pokemon to deal with. Heavy-Duty Boots is used for the item so Munkdori doesn't have to take hazards damage since this set is a pivot set. Tera Fighting is used if you use Focus Blast, while Tera Blast Ground is used with Tera Blast.

Modest Nature

- Venoshock
- Calm Mind
- Psychic

Modest allows for a higher special attack without needing as many Ev’s so you can use them instead for bulk or speed. Toxic chain gives all of Munkidori’s moves a 30% chance to badly poison, which is where Hex and Venoshock come in. They are both relatively strong with the high natural special attack, and even more so after a calm mind, and can be used even without having to rely on a poison. Hex is also here to deal with any other psychic types.
