Does Tera Shell work with multi hit moves?

Question

Say I have a terapagos and a random Pokemon with like double kick. If the Pokemon uses double kick, would the 2nd hit be super effective?

Tera Shell affects the entirety of multi-hit moves, as long as the first hit occurs when the target is at full HP.

As you can see, all of Arm Thrust was not very effective against Tera Shell Terapagos.
