How do you buy a dusk stone in black city?

I can't find one to buy, & I really need a new dusk stone since I used the first two & I can't find one in the dust.

This may be confusing, but if you have a person named Herman in your Black City, you battle him and then head to the Black City Market to purchase a Dusk Stone.

If you don't have a person named Herman living In Black City, then you cannot obtain a Dusk Stone in the Market, and you would have to go to White Forest using Entralink to bring him to your city
