How do I get an Oval Stone in Pokemon Black 2?

Really need help here. Trying to evolve my Happiny! I have looked everywhere and one place said something about inviting Carlos from Extralink? But I'm not exactly sure how to do that. I have no friends with White or White 2 so I can't connect to anyone. Or is there anywhere I can get a Chansey?

Oval Stones can be found in the dust clouds that appear in caves.
You can also trade one from B/W if you want.
Black: Caves, Black City
White: Caves, occasionally held by wild Happiny.

More specifically, you find them in dust clouds in these areas: Relic Passage; Rebirth Mountain; and Clay tunnel. Hope this helped! : )

I have Pokemon Black Version 2, I have searched every cave for the past two days. I have found fire stones, sun stones, and 200 of every gem. I have found so many Excadrils. Not one oval stone, has anyone actually found one in black 2? I feel like I'm wasting my time and a lot of pokemoney on max repels.
