In Scarlet and Violet, I've seen NPCs talking about a rumour that you can change the pokémon's tera type at the treasure eatery. Is this true, and how?
Yes it is true. In the treasure eatery, there is a woman in the top right corner. If you give her fifty her shards of your choice, she will change a Pokemon's Tera type into the Tera you selected. This includes the new stellar tera.
