If I recive an egg by traded and hatched in my game, this Pokemon can be illegal?

I recived an egg from trading in Pokemon SV, this egg hatched in a shiny snivy in my game, so the OT is me and I can customize the name, the Pokemon looks like a normal Pokemon in attacks and lvl.

This Pokemon can be illegal/hacked or is safe to use (legal)?

Your Snivy is likely safe to use.

The Pokémon could be hacked — and if you were traded a shiny Egg, it's almost certainly cloned. But if everything looks legitimate, there's no reason to worry: it can be used without fear of destroying your save file (which is exceedingly difficult to do with even a poorly hacked Pokémon).
