You can get roaming form Gimmighoul by trading them from Pokémon Go, but can they be evolved into Gholdengo?
Yes, it can still evolve into Gholdengo. It's no different than the Chest Form (except for differing stats and appearance).
Roaming Form Gimmighoul is an alternate form for Gimmighoul. Both forms will still evolve into the same Gholdengo once you get 999 Gimmighoul Coins in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
