Mewtwo Berserk Gene event HGSS?

Recently, I saw this video on YouTube with an event I did not know existed (https://youtube.com/shorts/jBQ3mhgFYsU?feature=shared). Does anyone know how to trigger this event? I did bring a mewtwo into the mentioned location however nothing really happened.

That was an April Fool’s post.

The main giveaway is that the Berserk Gene is an item exclusively in generation 2 of Pokémon, as a held item only obtainable once outside of Cerulean cave, and is otherwise unobtainable. It’s also coded to a held item when Mewtwo is encountered as a wild encounter (which, cannot happen). It isn't in any games other than Gold, Silver, and Crystal, and even then cannot be obtained. Therefore, it is impossible to obtain it authentically or without glitches in HeartGold/SoulSilver, or any other game outside of Gen 2.

Tl;dr: You’re doing nothing wrong; it just doesn’t exist. Belated April Fools!!

Berserk Gene is available as a hidden item, where the collapsed entrance to Cerulean Cave would have been. Mewtwo isn't natively available in the game, and that item still isn't available in any later games, but they did provide that as a reference to Mewtwo and so you could at least get one copy of it natively in your game.
