If not, are they even an official thing, or are they just a fan- made categorization? In case you didn't know, Pseudo- Legendaries are defined by, according to Bulbapedia, these things:
- The Pokémon is the final stage of a three-stage evolutionary line.
- The Pokémon has a base stat total of exactly 600 (before Mega Evolving).
- The Pokémon levels up at a slow rate (requiring 1,250,000 experience points to reach level 100).

Bulbapedia is usually pretty good about including official terms, even if it doesn't always use them. If it's not on Bulbapedia then it probably doesn't exist.

The term "Pseudo-legendary Pokémon" is a fan term created by the community to define Pokémon with those characteristics. In the Japanese communities, they're referred to as the 600 Club (600族).

These terms have never been used officially, however it is very likely that the devs are aware of the classification. The topic has never formally been addressed.

However, in Gen 9, the term "Powerhouse Pokemon" was used to describe the bunch. It is presumed that Powerhouse Pokémon is the new official term, given by its usage in Gen 9, as well as its line on the Pokémon Center website.

TL;DR It seems like "Powerhouse Pokemon" May become the official term, but I think Pseudo-Legendary is official in our hearts

Thanks! I might have heard the term “powerhouse Pokèmon” before, but I didn’t know where or what it applied to. Pseudo- legendary is still better though, like you said.
