How do I get shinies AFTER order 2400?

In Pokémon Cafe Remix, how do you obtain shinies after you reach your final order of 2400? I’m more than halfway there now and haven’t gotten any shinies from a random visit. (They all seem to come by once and then never again!) And it doesn’t seem that the events give you opportunities at the regular cafe Pokémon.

After you completed all 2400 orders, you can encounter shinys during Master Café Orders or while replaying any of the 2400 orders you dont have three stars in.

But before you can encounter the shiny variant of a Pokémon, you first have to recruit the Pokémon and have it's recipe unlocked.

Also to you're other problem, shinys usually (regular café pokémon) take 18 hearts to recruit, so try to maximise the hearts during its visit.

And while events don't have regular Pokémons, they do boost shiny odds for every Pokémon.
