Can you obtain EV reducing berries in Ruby/Sapphire?

LISTEN I know this sounds stupid but hear me out.
I know you can’t use EV reducing berries in Sapphire/Ruby, and only Emerald.

Are the berries that are EV reducing in Emerald obtainable casually in Ruby/Sapphire? I’m thinking of farming them in my Sapphire and then giving them to Pokemon to hold, then trade them to Emerald so that I can use them.

If yes, please tell me where I can obtain them!

I know that’s silly-sounding. My Emerald is in Japanese, which is a pain to read, and I’m currently actively playing a Sapphire playthrough rather than my Emerald. So I’m thinking I can farm the berries while I’m playing Sapphire, and since I plan to do a living dex, I can give them to the Pokemon I need to trade anyways.

Yes, they are obtainable. Bulbapedia says they are Pokeblock ingredients in Ruby and Sapphire.

Starting in Pokémon Emerald, certain Berries that were previously only used to make Pokéblocks can decrease certain effort values by 10 effort points, while increasing the friendship of the Pokémon they were used on. These berries are: Pomeg, Kelpsy, Qualot, Hondew, Grepa, and Tamato.
