Can you still get manaphy some how in Oras in 2026?

I’m trying to complete the national dex but it was an even. So how am I supposed to get it now

Fortunately, you can not get it regularly from the mystery gift because the 20th anniversary event is way over now.
Your best bet is getting someone to trade the Manaphy for you. Pokémon Go and Bank may work if you can’t find anyone.
