Can Cosplay Pikachu retain its type and special moves without being in a costume?

i really like cosplay pikachu, but I think that shes way cooler without any costume, so is there any way of making coslay pikachu keep her type and her special moves without wearing the costume?

Cosplay Pikachu can only have the special costume moves if she’s in the costume associated with the move. In other words, there’s no way to have Draining Kiss on a costume-less Pikachu, or Icicle Crash on Popstar Pikachu.

Her type doesn’t change in or out of costume.

Upon removing a costume, Cosplay Pikachu will forget the special move associated with the previous costume.
