This Urshifu set is a very good physical wall breaker in OU due to its great stats, ability, and superb dual STAB moves. First off, Protective Pads is essential for keeping it safe from items like Rocky Helmet, and abilities like Flame Body. Secondly, its ability is a very powerful ability, allowing you to break through protect moves. Being able to hit through protect moves makes it an incredibly good tool for removing infamous stall mons. Unfortunately, Urshifu's STAB moves can't hit stuff like Toxapex very well, so do note that. Additionally, its EVs allow it to do massive damage. Unfortunately its speed stat is mediocre (97 base), however it's still useful.
Moves:
Close combat: Strong, reliable fighting STAB move.
Surging Strikes: An incredibly strong water STAB moves that's guaranteed to crit.
U-Turn: great pivot move. Useful when up against foes like Toxapex to get out of there.
Aqua Jet: Incredibly useful for picking off weakened foes. Also useful for getting one last hit on a faster foe.
Me personally, I love using Urshifu-R, as I've always loved offensive teams, and Urshifu's a great pick for one.
