How do I hunt shiny alphas in mass outbreaks within legends Arceus?

I’ve recently been wanting to try shiny hunting in legends Arceus. From what I understand there is a way to manipulate the massive mass out breaks so that you always get a shiny alpha but I don’t understand how to do that.
