Lore

Each game has completely different lore with the books, academies, and Professors. Some books at the academy are version exclusive. A source will be provided with what I mean.

Professors

Scarlet has professor Sada, the mother of Arven and Violet has professor Turo, the father of Arven.

Academy

Pokémon Scarlet has Naranjan Academy and Violet has Uva Academy. Both academies have unique uniforms depending on which version you are on having a four seasons set.

In Game

Some dialogue is different like with Arven when talking to his parents at parts of the story.
When riding Koraidon/Miraidon you can notice some differences between how they do things with their abilities like gliding or swimming.
Also depending on what version you have, the Quaking Earth Titan will be Great Tusk in Scarlet or Iron Threads in Violet

Snacksworth

Depending on what version you are on, if you complete 10 blueberry quest snacksworth will give you a treat that will let you catch a certain legendary Pokemon in the region of paldea. Also will give you a treat if you complete a group BB quest

Minor nitpick, Snacksworth gives you legendary treats not candies, and there is a pool of them which you get one of *each* 10 BBQs. They then spawn a legendary in Paldea (the language seems like the encounter starts immediately). Also, for doing Group Quests, you can get the other version's legendary treats, at 1 Group Quest per snack
Still good enough for BA
