HOW and WHERE can I get the dawn stone??!!.....

I want to evolve my Kirlia into Gallade and dawn stone is needed...In EMERALD version..

In Emerald version, there’s no Dawn Stone. Gallade did not exist until generation IV. You will have to migrate your Kirlia to a newer game to evolve it.
