Can you get Aron in Black?

I need one. My sister has White, but I don't have Wi-Fi to migrate residents(she does not have any grass in her White Forest)

Sorry it is impossible to catch Aron in Pokemon black and only possible in White when you have got the grass to grow. You can transfer Aron from D/P/Plt where he can be found in the Fuego Iron works. He can also be migrated from Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire to any Gen IV game then transferred to Black. Aron can be caught in the granite cave in E/R/S.
