Do the effects of Role-play stay when you switch out?

And if not can its effects be Baton-passed?

No, Baton Pass only passes Stat increases and decreases,Substitutes,Lock-On/Mind Reader,Confusion Ingrain and Aqua Ring. Ability changes (Role Play/Mummy) do not get passed.
