Pranster and Priority

Question

Let say my Whimscott with Prankster uses Leech Seed, and the opponent Infernape uses Mach Punch. Both have a +1 priority, who would go first?

When 2 moves of the same priority are used, the Pokemon with the higher speed attacks first (Unless one of them is holding a Full Incense or a Lagging Tail,that Pokemon will always go last). Since it's basically the same as two Pokemon using 0 priority moves against each other.
