Do different forms of a Pokemon count in species clause?

Like if I had all 6 forms of Rotom, do they activate species clause?

Spacies clause means that no pokemon with the same dexentry can be used twice.
Both Rtom-H and Rotom-W are #479 in the national dex so they cant both be used.
