Is it possible for a Pokemon's species (Pokemon) to be different from the parents?

I wanted to know if two Pokemon can breed and give birth to a whole other Pokemon, which is in no relation to the parent's evolutionary line. The only Pokemon I'm aware that can do this is Manaphy, which gives birth to a Phione. So having them already acknowledged are there any others?

NidoranF can lay NidoranM eggs, as well as NidoranF eggs.
NidoranM, Nidorino, and Nidoking can lay NidoranF eggs, as well as NidoranM eggs.
Illumise can lay Volbeat eggs, as well as Illumise eggs.
Volbeat can lay Illumise eggs, as well as Volbeat eggs.
As the other answer said, there's also Manaphy and Phione.
