I want to figure out my pokemon's hidden power, but I don't know my IV's or EV's

Is there a way I can find out the hidden power's base power or type. Or is there a way to figure out my IV's/EV's without knowing each of them? I have Pokemon White. Thank You.

A pokemons Hidden power type can be checked by taking that pokemonto the pokemon center in Mistralton City.The guy to the right of the nurse will tell u the Hidden Power type of the pokemon you choose.
A pokemons IV's/EV's can be checked by uploading the pokemon onto pokecheck.
