In pokemon white where is the electrizer in route 13

in route 13 i already got the electrizer from the man near the move tutor house but i heard that there is a second on can u tell me where it is

It says on serbii that you find it on the floor on rt 13 so look around more and there is only one though there are two protectors you may be getting mixed up 1 on rt11 and another on rt13
there has been a similar question to this before so check wether your questions have been asked before
