obviously it is in the right house near olivines lighthouse talk to the little girl 1ce a day and there are your seals

you go t to go to the Moo moo milk place and feed the sick miltank some oran berries and once hes "all better" a girl will give you a case and 3 random starter seals.

For OMG's benefit and my curiosity.....just how many berries do you have to feed it?
