Will a Substitute be affected by Wake Up Slap or SmellingSalt when the Pokemon that used Substitute is Asleep/Paralyzed?

Same thing with a Sleeping Pokemon behind a Sub and and Dream Eater is used.

According to testing in PO, Smellingsalt got rid of Paralysis when the Pokemon was under a Substitute. Thanks to Hex for helping me so far.

Still Testing, so will finish this Answer Later.
