nope, the system doesn't work that way, sadly.
although using the masuda method ( breeding two pokemon from different countries ) will make your chances of getting a shiny be 4 times more likely ( still not likely, though ) but going from 1/8192 to 4/8192 my source for the first part is experience, and the second part is knowledge i've gained on the site. other users here can back up those facts as well.
