can you breed any kind of pokemon with that pokemon and a ditto?

i mean that i have a legendary giratina and i want 2 give 1 2 my friend but im not sure if you can breed it with a ditto.

No, Ditto can breed with any pokemon except legendaries (but it can with Manaphy to get Phione).

STAB stands for
Same
Type
Attack
Bonus

So it means if you have a water type out and it uses a water type move, it gains a bonus attack power (I believe its 1.5). So it gets more power. But the same thing doesn't apply to a water type using a ice type move. Hoped this helped! :D
