I want to know if there's a way to hack the spriting of moves so you can combine some parts of moves and make them into a move. Example: To take A part of the move Flame thrower and combine it with Thunder.Or so... Is there a program for this?
No, unless you're some experience (like, really experienced) game computer programmer. Not just games, but you should know a lot about computers and have knowledge about all the programming code. So in essence, not really.
