If i receive an event pokemon,will it obey me?

Lets say i got the Reshiram from an event and it is lv100.I have got all eight badges.So will it obey me?

Yes, even event Pokemon are considered "Traded Pokemon". And since you have ALL eight badges, any Pokemon will obey you traded or not traded!
